Yes, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Once secured we will send an full-confirmation and an invoice with payment terms. Full balance is paid 12-weeks prior to your stay.

Your booking includes everything at Villa Spectre. We are self-catering. You have full and private access to the gym, pool, terrace and villa. On arrival you receive a well-stocked welcome pack including water, wine, bread, cheese, milk, coffee, snacks and more. We also have on-site maintenance who maintains the pool, is your go-to contact during your stay and will clear away your rubbish bags.

We have a 7-day minimum booking policy, but apart from that, you’re welcome to book any amount of days that you require - if we have availability!

Transfers from Dalaman or Antalya are not offered as part of your booking. But we’re more than happy to help arrange or suggest a reputable transfer company.

Absolutely! We have a cot, high-chair and a growing set of toys for your little ones. There is also a shallow area of the pool for paddling.

Yes. Our maintenance looks after our villa on a daily basis. They are your go-to contact when staying at the villa for any questions or issues. They come daily to tend to the pool and will happily remove your rubbish bags.
